Job summary

Giorgio Armani is seeking a Client Advisor to support merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor. You will develop a client base, drive store revenue and shape the brand experience while upholding integrity and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have retail-ready communication skills, a flexible schedule, and comfort with CRM tools and potential language assets. Compensation includes a $19.00 hourly target plus bonus or commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Daily presence on the sales floor to develop a client base, drive store revenue and shape the brand experience.
• Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset and be results driven; act as a client advisor, share product knowledge, and provide the highest level of service.
• Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and contribute to brand representation.
