Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to support merchandising initiatives and client relationship strategies. You will build a client base, drive store revenue and help shape the brand experience on the sales floor with top-tier service.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and a collaborative team mindset. Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends is preferred; compensation includes a base salary with potential bonus or commissions and

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
