Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to join a diverse team on the busy sales floor. You will execute merchandising and client relationship strategies, develop a loyal client base, drive store revenue and help shape the brand experience with exceptional service.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a similar position.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for teamwork.
• CRM proficiency and familiarity with client outreach tools (WeChat) preferred.
• Foreign language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) considered a strong asset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
