Job summary

Neiman Marcus NorthPark boutique is seeking a Client Advisor to create meaningful client experiences and drive sales through personalized luxury service. You will build long-term relationships via CRM, proactive clienteling, and expert product knowledge while supporting store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation.

Responsibilities include delivering couture client journeys, managing appointments, executing outreach campaigns, and capturing client data for CRM targeting.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales results and managing clientele.
• Exceptional client relationship building, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign language skills a plus.
• Action-oriented team player with a drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full client journey and couture service from welcome to farewell.
• Proactively engage existing and potential clients, manage appointments, and execute personalized outreach campaigns using CRM tools.
• Capture client data and qualitative notes to develop and maintain a client portfolio and reach CRM targets.
• Provide styling guidance and curate looks across categories informed by trends and product knowledge.
• Support merchandising and visual standards by replenishing stock, reporting display information, and partnering with the visual team.
• Perform operational tasks including POS transactions, returns, shipping/receiving, and other boutique duties as needed.
