Reporting to the Team Manager, you will embody the Louis Vuitton promise and drive sales through personalized service and brand knowledge. The role requires previous luxury retail experience, a sales-driven mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably gained within a high-end or luxury market.
• Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with ability to achieve sales goals.
• Passion for building and maintaining relationships with a diverse client base.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
• Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
• Clienteling: Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
