Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Dallas is seeking ambitious Client Advisors at Neiman Marcus Northpark to deliver personalized, luxurious service and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. As a Client Advisor you will learn product knowledge across all categories, use clienteling tools, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals while upholding brand values.

Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with ability to meet individual and team targets.
Passion for building and maintaining relationships with a diverse client base.
Willingness to learn, improve performance, and drive brand heritage.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm in every client interaction.
Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed advice.
Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients and follow up.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive store environment.
