Job summary

You will assist in merchandising and client relationship strategies while developing a loyal client base and driving store revenue.

The role requires strong communication, a collaborative mindset, and flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends. Knowledge of CRM systems and languages are valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a similar role.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Experience with CRM and client outreach tools; WeChat preferred.
• Multilingual skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) are a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Maintain a daily presence on the sales floor to develop a client base.
• Drive store revenue and shape the brand experience.
• Share product knowledge and provide the highest level of service to clients.
