Qualifications

• Retail experience in a similar position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Team-oriented with integrity and service focus.
• Experience using client outreach tools (CRM, WeChat) preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus; Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin encouraged.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
