Job summary

Paws Up Montana seeks a Camp Manager for Summer 2027 to lead glamping camp staff, coordinate arrivals and departures, and maintain high luxury service standards in a natural setting along the Blackfoot River.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, training, and guest experiences, work closely with Butlers and the camp chef, and foster a positive team culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality settings or premium resort operations.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage guest expectations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for camp staff questions and concerns.
• Escalate guest issues and ensure timely resolutions in camp.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings to review arrivals, allergies, and special occasions.
• Create weekly staff schedules and optimize labor coverage for guest demand.
