Job summary

Leica Camera North America in Washington, DC is seeking a Client Advisor to be the in-store face of Leica, delivering personalized experiences, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales through storytelling and expertise.

You will collaborate with the Gallery and Leica Akademie teams, manage CRM, and ensure operations, merchandising, and audit readiness while representing the brand’s heritage of craftsmanship and excellence. This is a full-time role with evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in premium or luxury retail sales.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high sales performance.
• Strong operational and organizational skills with accuracy in POS, inventory and CRM systems.
• Technical aptitude in photography, videography, or creative arts preferred.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class, personalized service reflecting Leica’s standards of excellence and authenticity.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
• Develop a client portfolio through CRM, outreach, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
• Demonstrate product mastery across Leica categories and storytelling.
• Engage clients via demonstrations, workshops, and events with Gallery and Leica Akademie teams.
• Represent Leica across client-facing platforms ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• Execute retail and clienteling standards with CRM documentation and follow-ups.
