Overview

At Jared, we deliver Accessible Luxury. The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise, ensuring that every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category and lead total Bridal category performance – sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Lead visual marketing for Bridal, owning visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase.
• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Build team capability with monthly coaching: observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, provide real‑time actionable feedback on diamond education, confidence, storytelling, payment options, and closing.
• Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team.
• Activate the brand promise: help customers express individuality, feel confident and understood, celebrate meaningful moments with confidence.
• Drive performance excellence: improve key KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, and follow‑up behaviors.
• Reinforce consistent Bridal presentations across the team.
• Lead by example through personal performance.
• Lead and develop talent and partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
