Job summary

CXG is hiring evaluators to travel to luxury stores or assess online interactions, providing first-hand feedback on customer experiences. You choose missions aligned with your preferences and profile and contribute to a global CX program.

Assignments are flexible and can be completed from home or in-store, with a user-friendly CXG Live platform to manage missions, certifications and feedback. No prior experience is required; you must be 18+ (21+ in the U.S.).

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (USA 21+)
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable
• Observant and passionate about customer experience
• No prior experience required; honest feedback valued

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments based on preferences and profile
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home
• Observe ambiance, service quality and overall customer experience
• Provide honest feedback via questionnaires on our platform
