Qualifications

• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments - align missions with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in stores or online from home.
• Observe carefully - check ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires on our platform.
