• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments - align your missions with your preferences.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in stores or online from home.
• Observe carefully - check the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires.
