Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury products and Diptyque brand aesthetics.
• Strong sales orientation with a results-driven mindset.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
• Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, reflecting the brand's image.
• Engage customers with personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque products, ingredients, history and selling propositions.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards per brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory receiving, stocking and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for management.
• Participate in events, promotions and trainings as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Any other tasks as assigned by managers.
