Job summary

Diptyque Distribution LLC. seeks a Brand Ambassador to embody the luxury fragrance and home goods brand. You will engage customers with Diptyque’s storytelling, provide personalized consultations, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s elegant image.

You will educate customers on product ranges, ingredients, and history, maintain visual merchandising standards, and participate in events. Flexible weekend/evening hours are expected in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance or home goods is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clientele.
• A passion for luxury products and understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, reflecting the brand image and values.
• Engage with customers, provide personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
• Educate customers on Diptyque products, ingredients, history and unique selling points.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising and attractive product displays following brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving and stocking products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for management.
• Participate in events, promotions and trainings as required.
• Build strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
