Goodwin Recruiting seeks a General Manager for a luxury boutique hotel in High Point, NC. You will lead an intimate property focusing on personalized hospitality, VIP service, and strong financial performance.

The role features a Monday–Friday leadership schedule, relocation assistance, and a base salary with a significant bonus potential, aligned to a boutique luxury setting and university partnerships during a major renovation.

Qualifications

• GM experience in luxury, boutique, or full-service hotels.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and labor-management experience.
• Proven ability to lead department heads and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations and luxury guest experience.
• Lead department heads and property leadership team.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor and cost controls.
• Oversee food & beverage, conferences, events, and VIP hospitality.
• Maintain relationships with senior university stakeholders and clients.
• Drive service standards, staff development and operational improvements.
• Guide renovation and long-term property initiatives.
