Job summary

INNESS in the Hudson Valley seeks a friendly Bellman/Driver to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide transportation around the property. You will support the Front Desk and Guest Services teams while ensuring a clean, inviting arrival area and vehicles.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and weekend/holiday availability. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

INNESS is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Bellman/Driver to join our Guest Services team. As one of the first and last people our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from arrival through departure. Situated on over 225 acres in the Hudson Valley, INNESS offers a unique hospitality experience where genuine service, attention to detail, and connection to nature come together. We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in helping others, and thrives in a team environment.
