• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
