Job summary

Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle is seeking a FT Bell/Valet Supervisor to support the Guest Services team in delivering unrivaled luxury service. You will help manage Bell/Valet operations, ensure standards are met, and mentor staff to create memorable guest experiences.

Applicants should have 2+ years in valet/bell operations with supervisory exposure, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends. Visa eligibility for the US is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Valet/Bell operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have valid driving license.
• Visa eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work varied hours, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism in all job aspects.
• Provide warm greetings and guest assistance on arrival.
• Ensure Fairmont standards and staff training.
• Create personal connections between colleagues and guests.
• Adjust staffing to meet business demands while maintaining labor standards.
• Maintain equipment including hotel vehicles and bell carts.
• Foster positive colleague relations and open communication.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
