Job summary

Shinola Detroit is seeking a flexible Bell Staff to deliver exceptional bell and valet services and ensure guest comfort. You will greet guests, assist them with luggage, and escort them to registration areas while providing clear directions and information.

As part of the Shinola Detroit team, you will uphold professional standards, collaborate with Doorman and other hotel staff, and contribute to memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of customer service skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Knowledge of local establishments and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

• Provide bell and valet services to guests under supervision.
• Meet and greet guests arriving by all transportation forms.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to registration area.
• Explain valet procedures and assist with directions to a registration area.
• Park vehicles safely and respond to guest questions and needs.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy to guests and colleagues.
