Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced cosmetic retail environment. You will support the Store Manager to meet sales, service, and operational goals while delivering personalized customer experiences.

Candidates should have proven supervisory skills, retail operations experience including inventory management, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory/coaching experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Support Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory and loss prevention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Participate in events and promotions to drive sales.
