Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably beauty, with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain personalized client relationships in-store.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances; update regularly.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and demonstrations to customers.
• Drive sales through effective promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist with stock management and maintain an organized store environment.
• Lead or participate in in-store beauty workshops.
• Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
