Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is hiring a Luxury Beauty Advisor (LBA) to maximize sales across luxury brands by engaging guests and assessing their needs, then guiding them to select and purchase cosmetics, skincare and fragrances. The role supports the Experience Manager through service, events and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate has cosmetics artistry experience, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge to better serve guests and contribute to store

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license when required by applicable state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Provide makeup applications and skincare analysis to guests.
• Maintain store standards and assist with in-store events and promotions.
