• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and meet physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, conduct skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation.
