L'Oréal Luxe, home to Armani Beauty, is seeking an Assistant Manager of Community Management to build and execute a bold luxury community strategy. You will engage directly with audiences, amplify creator content, and ensure brand voice stays consistent across channels.

Collaborating with Advocacy & Influence, Social, Marketing, and E-commerce, you will translate consumer insights into actionable plans, measure ROI, and help drive brand loyalty in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Brand Community Management, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching community management strategy for Armani Beauty with KPIs and regular reports.
• Monitor online conversations, sentiment, and trends to identify opportunities for community-building.
• Manage a dynamic topical calendar aligned with cultural moments and VIP milestones.
• Draft authentic replies across TikTok, Meta DMs, and in-feed while adhering to brand guidelines.
