Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance sales.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and hit sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Passion for luxury beauty and elevating client experiences.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with clienteling tools and CRM is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and walking required.
