Responsibilities

• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends through trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.
