Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor for Neiman Marcus in Houston to cultivate client relationships, deliver elevated service, and drive sales both in-store and digitally. You will leverage the latest technology to engage clients, discuss fashion trends, and act as a trusted style confidante.

This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager. The position requires fashion retail experience, strong sales discipline, a flexible schedule, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission-based sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product remotely or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology; omnichannel
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize to increase personal productivity through wardrobing and outreach
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic
