Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability for 6–8 hour shifts with movement and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses; recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools.
• Book appointments and promote in-store events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and brand knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups.
