Job summary

Nordstrom Beauty at Bellevue Square in Bellevue, WA is seeking an engaged Beauty Sales team member for refining personalized beauty experiences. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.

You will drive in-store and digital sales, book appointments and support beauty events, and help grow Nordstrom Rewards memberships.

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with beauty trends and products through trainings with Nordstrom and partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
