Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring an experienced Barback to support beverage service inside the American Express Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This role demands a polished presence, strong inventory discipline, and the ability to maintain seamless operations during high-volume service.

Minimum 2 years in barback or upscale hospitality, with backgrounds in luxury settings encouraged. Full-time schedule with early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of barback or upscale hospitality experience.
• Experience with luxury lounge or premium hotel settings is a plus.
• Strong inventory discipline and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable bar organization and presentation throughout service.
• Stock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Assist bartenders with urgency and professionalism during peak periods.
• Manage inventory rotation, dating, and receiving procedures.
• Ensure back bar, storage and service areas meet luxury standards.
• Assist with glassware handling, bussing, and keeping a refined guest area.
• Monitor bar product levels to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Open and close responsibilities with consistency and accountability.
• Maintain HACCP standards and sanitation compliance.
• Contribute to a hospitality culture of professionalism and discretion.
