Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is hiring a Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, describe menu offerings, suggest beverage pairings, and help ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, can operate electronic systems, pays attention to detail, and works well in a luxury hospitality setting. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience operating electronic systems.
• Passion for luxury hospitality service.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous work in a free-standing coffee house/roastery strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests, describing menu offerings, and recommending beverages.
• Suggestive selling and pairing drinks with menu items.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Work as part of a team, flexible to assignments as needed.
