Qualifications

• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves and interacts with customers in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items and culinary terminology.
• Supports bar operations through accurate POS usage.
• Leverages knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and service procedures.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and maintains hygiene standards.
• Cleans and maintains restaurant and workstation, including lifting up to 35 pounds.
