The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience in food and beverage service, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serves and interacts with customers in a professional and gracious manner.
• Uses knowledge of menu items and culinary terms to inform customers.
• Supports staff in delivering bar items using POS/ticket systems.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and service procedures.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and adheres to established procedures.
