Job summary

Omni Nashville Hotel is hiring a Cocktail/Beverage Server for The Pick, located in downtown Nashville. You will provide efficient, friendly service, maintain a clean bar area, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, ringing into Micros, delivering to tables, assisting bartenders, and adhering to cash handling standards in a fast-paced luxury hotel lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with a service bar atmosphere combining with bar.
• Possess an unexpired Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission Server Permit or able to obtain one before hire date.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient service area of the bar throughout the shift.
• Take guest orders and ring them into Micros, delivering to tables.
• Deliver food orders from kitchen to bar and clear dishes.
• Check back with guests regularly and keep supplies stocked.
• Assist bartender when needed and ensure proper table setups.
• Attend designated staff meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to cash handling standards and company policies.
