Job summary

The Four Seasons Chicago is seeking a Server Assistant for Adorn Bar & Restaurant to support dining experiences with efficient, professional service. You will assist food servers, polish glassware, stock the bar and maintain a clean back-of-house area in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Successful candidates will be team players, flexible to early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to work with electronic POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must have valid US work authorization.
• Experience in upscale dining preferred.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver.
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service.
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions.
