Firmdale Hotels is seeking a friendly Bar Host for Crosby Street Hotel in New York. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, answer calls and emails, and coordinate with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless dining and bar experience.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with tipping aspects and reports to the Restaurant Manager. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of a luxury hospitality environment.

Competenze

• Genuinely friendly and welcoming presence.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• OpenTable certification or prior experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests on arrival with a polished, approachable demeanor.
• Assist with reservations and inquiries using OpenTable.
• Answer calls and emails promptly; relay feedback to management.
• Coordinate with bar, restaurant, and hotel departments to ensure smooth service.
