Job summary

Paws Up Montana, America’s premier luxury ranch resort, is seeking a Banquet Houseperson for Spring/Summer 2027 to ensure flawless event setups and service. The role focuses on precise execution of banquet and event setups, interpreting BEOs, and upholding elevated standards in a discreet, professional environment.

You will interpret Banquet Event Orders and coordinate furniture and equipment for each event, while maintaining top-tier guest experience and collaboration with the Banquet/Event

Qualifications

• Two years driving experience
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of set up experience, preferably in a luxury resort, fine dining, or banquet setting
• Strong understanding of world-class hospitality and service standards
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for all
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment
• Assist with the coordination of furniture and product delivery with suppliers, contractors, employees, vendors, and departments
• Assist with revising room layouts for each event
• Assist Banquets/ Event Managers to ensure complete effective communication of proper table and equipment setup and tear-downs
• Assist with on-site production and clean up for events as necessary
• Set all furniture, chairs and necessary equipment per BEO and Banquet Event Manager need
• Ensure proper equipment is working for buffet tables and other food service tables
• Be able to read and execute BEO's
