Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume, upscale banquet service or luxury hotel/resort settings
• Experience in fine dining service techniques and etiquette preferred
• Wine service experience and knowledge of proper pouring and pairings preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Multilingual abilities preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Execute formal banquet service styles including plated and family-style service
• Serve multi-course meals with precise timing and elegant presentation
• Provide expert wine service including proper pouring, presentation, and pairings
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations
• Ensure consistent service standards across events from intimate dinners to large celebrations
• Deliver personalized, anticipatory service and engage guests professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen, bartending, and event management teams
• Follow detailed service timelines and coordinate course timing with culinary team
• Support setup and breakdown, maintain pristine table settings
• Maintain grooming standards and adhere to uniform requirements
