Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, GA is seeking a talented Banquet Bartender to craft memorable beverage experiences at weddings, corporate events and socials. You will mix cocktails, serve a wide range of drinks, and provide attentive service in a fast-paced banquet setting.

Join our hospitality team and bring creativity, high energy, and a guest-first attitude to every event. Prior bartending experience and knowledge of current drink trends are preferred; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience in a banquet/hospitality setting.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar merchandising.
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Must meet minimum age requirement for the jurisdiction.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages at banquets and events.
• Maintain a clean bar area and stock supplies.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Mix and garnish cocktails per established recipes and guest specifications.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and guest safety.
• Collaborate with the banquet team for timely service.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain sales records.
• Assist in bar setup and breakdown.
