Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is looking for a Banquet Coordinator to assist in the management of Banquet event operations. Responsibilities include updating event billing, maintaining event reservation systems, and performing various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of related experience, be at least 18 years old, and obtain RAMP certification within 60 days of hire. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain RAMP certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of all Banquet event operations.
• Update and execute Banquet event billing daily.
• Perform department administrative duties including answering phones and record keeping.
• Help with the maintenance of event reservation and seating systems.
• Create labels, signs, and menus for events.
