Berglund Luxury Roanoke is seeking a Luxury Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the liaison between clients and our service team, coordinating maintenance and repairs across Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Land Rover, and INFINITI brands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a luxury automotive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with customers regarding their luxury vehicles' service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule and expedite repairs or maintenance.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process, addressing any questions or concerns.

• Upsell recommended services and products to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure availability and timely delivery of services.

• Compensation ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year(base pay + commission).
