Responsibilities include performing quality repairs to standards, diagnostics, road-testing, and maintaining shop organization, while delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Mercedes-Benz Service Technician experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid California driver license with clean record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work following dealership and factory standards.
• Complete system diagnostics and automotive troubleshooting.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean shop area.
• Communicate status and time estimates with service advisors.
