Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination for repairs.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with diagnostics.
• Excellent customer service and computer competencies.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technology.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to learn new repair procedures and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order efficiently per dealership standards.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specs.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, brakes, electrical, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional needed work.
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs.
