Genesis Santa Monica is seeking a Master Technician to join our elite Service Team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain luxury Genesis vehicles with precision and craftsmanship, delivering a world-class ownership experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years dealership experience, strong diagnostic skills, ASE/Smog or Genesis certifications preferred, and a commitment to quality and customer service. We offer paid training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dealership-based automotive service technician experience.
• Genesis brand experience preferred.
• Experience with luxury vehicles and advanced automotive systems preferred.
• ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Accurately document records of all repairs, services, and maintenance performed on vehicles.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
