Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; two (2) years’ related and progressively responsible automotive retailer, brand-specific service technician experience preferred; Technical School Diploma and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred.
• Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles safely and efficiently, and verify the issue is resolved.
• Follow manufacturer diagnosis and repair processes; seek clarification when needed.
• Document steps taken and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Maintain knowledge of brand-specific information and continue learning.
