Rallye Motor Company is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for Rallye Lexus on Long Island, NY. The role requires at least 2 years of advisor experience and focuses on building consultative relationships, identifying service needs, and coordinating repairs for an outstanding customer experience.

Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and motivated, with the ability to promote services and manage documentation, approvals, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Lexus/Toyota Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of automotive retail center computer systems (CDK preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing consulting relationships with customers by being available during business hours to answer questions, explain repairs, and arrange service reservations.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories by identifying customer needs and understanding Lexus product lines.
• Document customer service needs on repair order and verify consent signatures before work starts.
• Assist in inspecting vehicles to accurately identify service needs and minimize comebacks.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and technicians to communicate repair status and timelines.
• Notify customers of delivery times and any additional repairs; ensure vehicle handoff upon completion.
• Balance workload and distribute repair orders based on technician capability and efficiency.
• Maintain customer follow-up system following Lexus guidelines.
