Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and performing vehicle inspections and repair order recommendations.
• Consulting technicians about needed repairs and presenting clients with repair options to maintain the vehicle per OEM recommendations.
• Answering client questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
• Presenting clients with insurance and warranty options for better coverage and potential savings.
• Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
• Informing clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
