Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive sales, leasing, negotiations, and dealership processes.
• Ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Establish clear expectations and hold team members to performance standards.
• Build a culture of excellence and accountability across the team.
• Drive performance across gross profit, volume, CSI, customer satisfaction, and development.
• Deliver a luxury, personalized client experience for Jaguar and Land Rover clients.
• Coach sales consultants through the full sales process from contact to delivery.
• Utilize negotiation and deal-structuring to maximize opportunities with premium service.
• Lead from the front and handle deals, customer concerns, and deliveries when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer experience.
• Partner with leadership to hit sales, customer satisfaction, and ops goals.
